Review
Close to the University of Turin and to La Mole, Tre da Tre is one of a handfull of restaurants selling good cheap food. Ideal for lunch it and has a parasol-shaded terrace making it a perfect choice for sitting outside from spring onwards.
The lunchtime menu consists of either full al la carte pizza or pasta, or fixed price menus of 5 euros for one of ten types of pizza plus drink, 7 euros for a choice of one of three starters plus drink or 7.50 euros for one three main dishes and a drink. Although we thought the pizza was good, some locals apparently think they are a little small, but we had no complaints.
Tre da Tre gets pretty packed at lunchtime, but you'll be able to get a table if you're prepared to wait a few minutes. Service is prompt on the whole, though you'll have to wait a little while for your drinks and coffee.
