Turin bus service
Turin has a comprehensive bus service, although it's not
always clear from the information provided at bus stops where any bus
will actually go.
Usually this isn't too much of a problem if you're travelling
in the city centre, but it's usually best to avoid going too far out
of your way.
The cost of a bus ticket is €0.90, available from
tobacconists and although it used to be forbidden to use a bus without
buying a ticket first, these days you can buy a ticket from the driver.
Wherever you bought your bus ticket, you must stamp it
in the machine behind the driver. Failure to do so will mean a large
fine if you are caught.
Remember that if you have purchased a Torino
Card you can use the bus for free.
